Where to find the model number

The model number sits on the rating plate of your appliance, not in the manual and not on the packaging. A sharp photo of the plate is enough for our after-sales team to identify the right part.

E-Nr and FD

Bosch and Siemens group: the E-Nr (factory number) and the FD (production date) sit on the same plate.

Electrolux group: the PNC (product code, 9 digits) identifies the appliance more precisely than the commercial name.

12NC

Whirlpool group: the 12-digit service code, next to the model, gives the exact parts list.
